Oakwood is recognized as a prestigious community located in the center of the thriving North Central area of San Antonio. Oakwood is a friendly, well-kept community of 161 homes. Oakwood’s Board of Directors is active and always works in the homeowners’ best interests, whether for community appearance, common areas for the entertainment of family and guests, or just a quiet place to live and enjoy life.
The common areas include the swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball courts and children’s playground. All of this is designed to improve and maintain the quality of life within Oakwood. The Homeowners Association plans regular events designed to improve the community and encourage residents to get to know one other.

Homeowners are Members of Oakwood Owners' Association, inc., a Non-Profit Texas Corporation, whose
primary purpose is to maintain and administer the Common Areas, to collect
Homeowner Assessments and disburse monies for the payment of the Association
operating expenses with respect to the residential properties known as
the Oakwood Owners' Association.
Homeowners and Tenants are subject to and
legally bound by the Association's Declarations, Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions.
